ALTUS Eileen Bilton has once again come out top as the most active agent in the Warrington region according to Warrington & Co’s eighteenth annual property report.

The company concluded more deals than any other property agent, being involved with over a quarter of all the industrial and office transactions placed under contract in 2015.

Synonymous with Warrington and Runcorn, Eileen Bilton has been a household name for commercial property since the early 1980’s.

Commenting on the company’s success, Jane Marshall of Altus Eileen Bilton said “2015 was another great year for Warrington and Altus Eileen Bilton, Warrington is currently benefiting from a number of key projects coming to fruition that will shape the future of the town.

“These results are testament to our continued hard work and market knowledge, again confirming Altus Eileen Bilton as the most active agent in the region.

“Warrington continues to be a sound place to invest and do business, which is excellent news for its economy. We are constantly letting and selling commercial properties in the Warrington and wider North West region.

“With a number of key instructions already under contract in the first quarter of this year, 2016 is also shaping up to be no exception. We look forward to continuing to deliver a best-in-class service for all our clients.”
