UPDATED: The westbound carriageway of the M62 near junction 11 at Birchwood, Warrington is now fully re-opened following an incident involving an overturned lorry this morning.
Three lanes of the Westbound carriageway were closed with traffic passing the overturned vehicle on the hard shoulder.
The incident happened around 6am.
