A WARRINGTON logistics company has been recognised for its commitment to delivering the best customer service in a national league table.
Glazebury-based H&M Distribution Ltd has been singled out for the quality of its commitment to the Palletways network, the UK’s leading and largest palletised freight operation for the express delivery of small consignments of goods.
Palletways launched a nationwide partnership league last year to recognise the quality of commitment and co-operation amongst its network of 100 plus member companies.
Members are assessed every quarter and receive a score against 12 “Principles of Partnership”, which include key performance indicators such as delivery on time or early, and providing customers with proof of deliveries online.
John Hunt, principal of H&M Distribution, said: “I’m delighted to have secured Platinum status, both personally and on behalf of all my colleagues at H&M Distribution.
“The Palletways Partnership League provides the vehicle for consistent high service levels relationships across the network, which is critical to the success of an operation which comprises of independent operators. Above all it plays a key role in ensuring that we and our fellow member companies remain as committed as ever to delivering the very best for our customers, both in the UK and to Europe.”
