Rock band drop in with new single

ROCK band The Charlatans are to visit Warrington’s Parr Hall as part of a tour to coincide with the release of a new single.
They will be in Warrington on Monday, October 6 before moving onto the Portsmouth and Southsea Festival.
Tickets for the Parr Hall gig are already on sale.
The new single is Oh! Vanity and is taken from their new album, You Cross My Path and will be available on CD single, 7 inch vinyl and download. It will include exclusive bonus songs Complete Control, The Only One I Know (Live), Oh! Vanity (Live) and on the digital version a cover of New Order’s Murder.
The Charlatans formed in 1989 and first tasted chart success with their second single The Only One I Know, which hit the Top 10 the following year. They have since gone on to establish themselves as a major force in the British music scene, enjoying nine Top 10 albums (including three number ones) and twenty-two Top 40 singles.
