First floor flat wrecked by fire

FIREFIGHTERS wearing breathing apparatus battled their way through dense smoke after reports that people were trapped inside a blazing first floor flat at Warrington.
They tackled the blaze in Crowe Avenue, Longford with a hose reel jet and found all persons had escaped from the property.
But severe damage was caused and the building was heavily smokelogged. A ventilation unit was used to disperse the smoke.
Fire crews from Warrington and Stockton Heath were involved in the incident shortly before 9pm last night (Saturday) There were no reports of injuries.

  2. I committed this offence at a very low part of my life. I would just like to say firstly sorry but also thank you to all the emergency services, I’ve served my time and I’m wanting to change for the better…….. thanks
