SPOTLIGHT Performing Arts – a small not-for-profit theatre group trying to find its feet – is stepping up to a larger venue for their production this year.
They will be staging the popular musical Godspell at Lowton Civic Hall on September 3-5 at 7.30pm.
Previous productions have been in a church hall.
Members of the cast will include Geoff Roberts, Thomas Martin, Courtney Tibbins, Jane Bloomfield, Chris Lyne, Daniel Briney, Felicity Eccles, Sam Clarke, Donna Camblin, Charlotte Nash, Sally Martin, Claire Martin, Andrew Martin, Andrew Scott, Pete Stirrup, Tom Dale, and Alastair McComb.
Spokeswoman Susan Rogers said: “We are trying to make a big step from our local church hall to a larger venue and we are asking people to come along and join in the fun with popular songs and silly dances. It’s a good night out for all the family.”
