IT was lucky 13 at Greenwood Fryery as proprietor Osman Gulum celebrated 13 years in business at the Warrington fish and chip shop.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Warrington Cllr Geoff and Mrs Jean Settle joined in the celebrations as every 13th customer received a free portion of fish and chips at the premises on Marsh House Lane, Warrington.
Osman has always considered 13 to be his lucky number and was delighted when the town’s first citizen could join him to mark the occasion.
