WOLVES’ full-back Stuart Reardon , who has penned a new deal which will keep him at the Halliwell Jones Stadium until 2011, is set to appear in court accused of assault alongside his former club mate Leon Pryce.
The 26-year-old international, who signed for Warrington from Bradford Bulls in 2005, has agreed a two-year contract extension on his current deal, as news breaks of the alleged incident alongside his fellow former Great Britain and Bradford Bulls star.
Reardon is currently out with an Achilles tendon rupture suffered at St Helens in May this year.
However, his form prior to this was enough to convince the Wolves to retain the services of their highly rated full-back.
The club is refusing to make any comment regarding Reardon’s pending court appearance.
Reardon and Pryce have been charged with assault and using violence to get into a house.
Both men face the charges in connection with an alleged incident at a house in Queensbury, Bradford last weekend and are due to appear in court on August 6.
