Armed raiders threaten bank staff

POLICE at Warrington are investigating an armed robbery at a bank this morning.
The raid was at the Lloyds TSB branch at The Cross, Lymm.
Two men entered the bank at around 1.50am and threatened staff.
They escaped with a quantity of cash and were seen to drive off in a dark coloured car.
It is understood no-one was hurt in the incident
Police are asking witnesses to contact police on 0845 458 0000.
