Dog fouling complaint

COMPLAINTS of dog fouling in streets near the new Stockton Heath Primary School were put to the parish council.
Coun Wendy Emsley said she had noticed five incidents of dog fouling in the Kimberly Drive/West Avenue area.
“This is unpleasant when children have to walk past to get to the new school,” she said.
Members agreed to ask the borough council about signs for the area advising people not to let dogs foul the footpaths.

  1. This is happening all over Warrington.

But without evidence, ie a picture, it seems nothing can be done.

Although if you find out where the dog owner lives, perhaps the council will pay a visit and talk to the person concerned and warn them.
