A QUANTITY of a potentially lethal drug had gone missing in the Warrington area.
The specially prescribed psychiatric drug of Clozapine, has gone missing from the Longshaw Street area of Dallam.
A patient living in the area has lost a four-week supply of the drug, with police appealing for anyone who may know of its whereabouts to contact them immediately.
Officers say the drug cannot be abused, but anyone who has not taken it before can experience side effects of drowsiness, hypotension and in extreme cases death.
The drugs are contained in a white wallet with the words “Breakfast” and “Tea” on it.
Police can be contacted on 0845 458 0000, or the drugs can be handed into any station in the borough.
