WARRINGTON Town’s historic FA Cup 2nd round match away at Gateshead will be all ticket – and the club will be issuing a special “Golden Ticket” for fans wishing to travel to the game on Sunday, December 7, kick off 12 noon.
The club has taken an allocation of 1,200 tickets for the game which has been made all ticket due to the difficulty in estimating the attendance. It will also provide the benefit of quicker access into the Stadium.
Tickets will go on sale, cash sales only, on Friday November 28 following Warrington’s home league game against Radcliffe Borough this Saturday (Nov 22) kick off 3pm. Fans attending the game will be issued with a special golden ticket which will give priority for an FA Cup ticket when they go on sale the following Friday.
Warrington Town supporters have been allocated the North end of the East Stand and part of the uncovered North Terrace while Gateshead have been allocated the Tyne and Wear Stand and the South end of the East Stand.
There will be no allocated seating and capacities have been reduced accordingly for the game which is being televised live by BT Sport.
Warrington tickets will go on sale on Friday (Nov 28) to season ticket holders, vice-presidents and sponsors from 10am to 12 noon and then from 12-noon-3pm and 5pm-6pm for Golden Ticket holders.
They will then go on general sale on Saturday November 29, 10am-12noon subject to availability.
Warrington Town Chairman Toby Macormac said: “We are anticipating an unprecedented demand for tickets following the amount of interest in the club following our F.A Cup exploits so we would urge fans to get down early on Saturday for their Golden ticket, while also cheering on the team in an important league game.”
There is no limit on the number of tickets purchased and normal Gateshead league prices apply:
Adults:£15
