Home extensions approved

PROPOSALS for a re-organisation of the ground floor and a partial first floor side and rear extension at a house in Whitbarrow Road, Lymm have been approved by Warrington’s planning committee.
Objections and expressions of concern were received from neighbours and from Lymm Parish Council on the grounds of loss of light and loss of privacy.
But planning officers said the proposals, on balance, preserved the living conditions of neighbours and the character of the original house and the area.
They would improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area.
