Newchurch Parish Church Christmas Tree Crib Festival

0

THIS year’s Newchurch Parish Church Christmas Tree and Crib Festival will take place from Friday December 13 to Sunday December 15.
Now in its eighth year, local businesses and community groups in Culcheth decorate a Christmas tree or crib and display them in the church over the three day festival, which has a theme of “Our Wonderful World” this year.
On the Friday, local schools will be coming to the church to sing Christmas carols throughout the day, and Ellenbrook and Boothstown Brass Band will be holding a concert on the Saturday night, with tickets priced at £7.
The festival has raised £3,000 for local charities in recent years, and will be supporting “The Children’s Society – Warrington Project” this year.
Entrance to the event is a £1.50 donation, with children free.
