CULCHETH and Glazebury Parish Council has commissioned additional litter patrols on the Jackson Avenue car park
Cllr Matt Smith said: “As part of our commitment to tackle litter and improve street cleaning in the village, we are delighted that the car park opposite the shops will benefit from extra litter patrols.
“Small but effective changes like this can make a real difference to the environment of the village.
“Residents reported to us the problems with litter in the hedgerows around the car park, so this new programme of work should help to redress that swiftly.”
