Cars damaged in garage blaze

TWO cars and a van were damaged by fire at a auto repair garage at Warrington early today.
The blaze was at Vernon Auto Repairs in Camsley Lane, Lymm.
Fire crews from Stockton Heath were called to the scene, shortly after midnight, and found the three vehicles ablaze.
Firefighters wearing breating apparatus extinguished the fires using hose reel jets.
Cause of the fire is still being investigated.
In a separate incident, crews from Warrington, Birchwood and Stockton Heath fire stations were to the southbound carriageway of the M6, between Junctions 21A and 22.
A car had been involved in a crash and the occupant was trapped inside.
Firefighters removed the roof of the saloon car and the casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance.
