Police hunt for escaped convict

A CONVICTED robber who has escaped from prison in Suffolk could be at large in the Warrington area.
Suffolk Police are appealing for help in tracing Mark Donnison, 43, who absconded from HMP Hollesley Bay in Suffolk overnight Sunday 14 ? Monday 15 July, who may now be in the Hull, Leeds, Warrington, Bridlington or York areas.
Donnison, (pictured) was discovered missing just before 8am yesterday morning, Monday (July15). He was serving a sentence for robbery and assault occasioning ABH and was last seen at the prison on Sunday evening.
Donnison is described as white, with blue eyes and short blond hair, of medium build, around 5ft 10ins tall, with a tattoo of an eagle on his lower right arm and the name ?Mark? on his knuckles.
He has connections to the York, Bridlington, Leeds, Warrington and Hull areas and it?s thought he may have returned to friends, family or other contacts living in these areas.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen him or anyone with information about where he is now to contact officers. You should not approach him or take any further action.
