THE children’s Adventure Farm Trust has issued a Spring message to supporters: “Do something Daft for CAFT.”
Opportunities exist for anyone who wants to help the Millington-based charity to take on challenges to raise money.
These include the Great Manchester Run on May 26, the Great Manchester Cycle Ride on June 20 and a trek to the Everest Base Camp from October 4-21 – an expedition that will take participants to an altitude of 5,545m, with amazing views of Everest.
In addition there is the Five Countries Bike Ride from September 27-30, a 237-mile ride taking in five countries and aiming to raise £15,000 for CAFT.
The Children’s Adventure Farm offers exciting holidays for disadvantaged or sick children.
CAFT is at Booth Bank Farm, Reddy Lane, Millington – but they also have a charity shop in Canute Square, Knutsford.
