Drama group has the Hex Factor

A FEW seats are still available for a world premier production in Warrington this month.
Ian Hornby’s “The Hex Factor” will be staged by the Bridgewater Players at Thelwall Parish Hall on April 18, 19 and 20.
The play is a sequal to Ian’s “The Ex-Factor” which was staged by the group in April 2010
Again it is set at New Copse Farm, where Brendan has brought his ladyfriend Carol for a romantic weekend.
But Brendan’s mother, Barbara – a self-confessed white witch – must not find out or he will lose a lot of money. Of course Barbara phones to announce that she is visiting – and Brendan has the task of keeping the two women apart.
Add lecherous farmhand Ron, a séance and the all-pervading scent of the farmyard and there plenty of laughs in store.
Ticket orders can be e-mailed to [email protected] or obtained by calling Andy Rushman on 01925 755846 or by visiting the website www.bwplayers.co.uk
