Green belt bungalow refused

PLANNING chiefs at Warrington have thrown out proposals for a detached bungalow in the Green Belt.
The proposals involved building a three or four bedroom property on vacant land between 120 and 128 Weaste Lane, Thelwall.
Members of the borough council’s planning committee decided the scheme should be refused as it represented inappropriate development in the Green Belt.
The site had been the subject of eight previous planning applications since 1974 all of which had been refused.
Councillors decided there were no special circumstances to allow the development to go ahead.
