Major road works looming

MAJOR road works are set to start in Warrington next month (April) taking up to five weeks to complete.
Motorists, residents and local businesses are being warned that the major road works to resurface Tanners Lane, Owen Street and Dallam Lane will start on Monday April 22.
Daily road closures will take place from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm to allow the resurfacing to be safely undertaken.
Diversion routes will be signed and in place during working hours and vehicular access will be under the control of the contractor as directed on site.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times during the five weeks it is expected to take to complete the works.
