CHESHIRE Deafness Support Network (DSN), which has a base in Warrington, received a donation of £400 from a business fundraiser.
The donation, from de Winter PR of Chester, was raised by a specially commissioned performance of “Winter Wonderland” by the award-winning Dee Sign Choir.
The event at The Cross in Chester was filmed, edited and emailed as de Winter’s official festive greeting to friends, clients and suppliers.
“The choir was simply stunning and the feedback we’ve had from the film has been amazing,” said de Winter managing director Kate Cox.
DSN’s Gill Reader said: “Thanks to the de Winter team’s creative thinking, the film has brought a smile to thousands of faces and generated some welcome funds. What a great result! We’re delighted.”
The alternative Christmas greeting also marked the launch of de Winter’s new digital marketing division, which will see them pioneer social media campaigns and websites for a cross-section of clients.
DSN’s Gill Reeder accepts a digital payment from de Winter’s senior designer Stu Williams.
