School seeks new governor

A LYMM school is looking for a new governor in a bid to strengthen its links with the community.
Ravenbank Community Primary School wants to appoint a new local authority governor, and would particularly welcome someone with finance, business or buildings experience.
As a local authority representative, the nomination would be subject to approval by Warrington Borough Council. The person should not be a parent of a school pupil.
Governors serve for a four-year term. They attend meetings of the governing body and sit on a sub-committee which include Finance, Personnel, Community and Cohesion and Curriculum and Inclusion.
Further details are available at www.ravenbankprimary.co.uk or by calling Jackie Hadfield on 75 3926.
