Crash victim taken to hospital

A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a three-vehicle pile-up at Warrington.
Fire and rescue crews were called to the scene in Mustard Lane, Croft and made the scene safe, assisting paramedics to move the woman from her car to an ambulance. No-one was trapped.
Fire crews from Warrington and Birchwood were involved in the operation.
In a separate incident, fire crews from Warrington used a hose reel jet to extinguish a blazing wheelie bin in Achilles Avenue, Longford, Warrington.
