MP shows support for poppy appeal

WARRINGTON South MP David Mowat will be showing his support for the British Legion’s Poppy Appeal at Warrington Town’s re-arranged home game with Garforth Town, tomorrow, Saturday, kick off 3pm.
David, who is a member of the board at the club, will be helping out selling poppies at the ground to help honour serving and past members of the Armed Forces.
The club will not be holding its normal match day raffle and will be encouraging supporters to donate to the Poppy Appeal instead.
There will also be a minutes silence just before kick off.
