SEVERE damage was caused in the kitchen of a house at Warrington when fire broke out last night.
Fire crews from Warrington and Stockton Heath attended the blaze at a property in Whitley Avenue, Westy.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze with a hose reel jet.
Afterwards, fire safety advice was given to the occupants.
