A NEW Warrington scheme offers seven months of fun for young people for just £14.
Treats include two lads and dads touch rugby sessions, two community football sessions, family fishing and a community table tennis club.
There are also after school clubs, youth clubs and free entry to all Warrington Town Football Club home games.
The new membership scheme, offered by Positive Futures Warrington, is aimed at getting children and young people more active and involved in positive activities in their own communities.
For just £14 for the next seven months, or 50p a week, people can become a member which gives them access to a wide range of sports and positive activities.
The scheme provides access to over 35 hours of activity each month and sessions are open to all abilities and experience.

Cllr Kate Hannon, the borough council’s executive member for leisure, community and culture, said: “It’s really important to educate children and young people from an early age about the benefits of being active and to encourage them to take part in sports and activities within their community.
“This is a fantastic deal and what’s good about this scheme is that it gives members opportunities to enjoy sports and activities they may already enjoy but also to try something new.”
