WARRINGTON-based IT company Certero has made a new appointment to help expand its business in Australasia.
Former Oracle business development manager Ivan Kladnig has been appointed regional director for the Asia Pacific area and will be based in Sydney, Australia.
He said the company was targeting the territory because of its strong market credentials and the lack of modern IT solutions on offer.
Certero provides IT solutions to help with Software Asset Management and PC Power Management.
He said: “I have more than 15 years’ experience working in Asia and nearly two years spent in Beijing. The connections I have made in this time should greatly benefit my new role.”
Certero recently announced a new contract with the Malaysian Government after signing a deal to supply Power Studio to the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water in Kuala Lumpur.
Managing director John Lunt said the company will be shortly announcing a number of fresh Australia deals with major names in the banking and construction sector.
He said: “Certero is becoming a well known brand in the UK and across Europe. Our task is to continue to build this reputation in the southern hemisphere.
