Team challenge for businesses

BUSINESS people in Warrington are being given a change to take part in a team challenge day – and give valuable help to local charities.
Warrington Voluntary Action is looking for teams of 2-4 people from local businesses willing to share their sales and marketing skills to help local charity shops increase their takings and footfall.
The challenge will coincide with national “Make a Difference Day” on Friday, October 26.
Businesses will be competing against each other to raise as much money as possible on the day while at the same time helping to raise awareness of the work that charities in Warrington are involved in.
A spokesperson for Warrington Voluntary Action said: “It will be a great opportunity to help put something back into the community and promote the benefits of not only employer supported volunteering but volunteering in general. “
An application pack or further details can be obtained Rebecca Harris at Warrington Voluntary Action on 01925 246880 or email [email protected]
