Cheshire women play twice

THE Cheshire Women’s cricket team are playing at Warrington twice over the weekend.
Tomorrow (Sunday) they take on Staffordshire and on Bank Holiday Monday they are playing Devon.
Three Appleton players have been included in the squad – Nathalie Long, Natalie Lyons and Raffaella Rodighiero.
The Staffordshire team is expected to include two internationals, England’s Danielle Wyatt and Australia’s Elyse Villani.
Dawn Prestidge will skipper Cheshire against Staffs in the absence of regular captain Jenny Halstead, who returns for the Devon game.
All Cheshire’s home games at played at Warrington Cricket Club’s Walton Lea ground.
