Smith plans to rotate squad

WARRINGTON Wolves boss Tony Smith plans to rotate his squad as he prepares for a tough Bank Holiday weekend starting with the visit of near neighbours Widnes on Thursday evening kick off 8pm followed by the long journey to Catalans on Monday.
Experienced campaigners Michael Monaghan and Skipper Adrian Morley are both missing as Smith plans to use all his available squad with a tough trip to Catalans on Bank Holiday Monday.
Smith has drafted in young Prop Ben Currie from the Academy for a debut against Widnes and he is joined in the squad by other youngsters including Brad Dwyer, Gareth O’Brien and Rhys Williams.
Smith is expecting a tough local derby with Widnes. The two sides last met in the league competition back in 2005 when the Wolves consigned their local rivals to relegation from Super League.
