Five trapped in lift

FIRE and rescue crews from Warrington were called to the Marks and Spencer store in Sankey Street when the lift jammed between floors.
Five people – four adults and a child – were rescued unharmed from the lift.
It was the latest in a series of incidents in recent months involving the lift where fire crews have been called to rescue trapped customers.
