A road was closed in both directions this morning (Thursday) after a car collided with a telegraph pole and building on Cliff Lane at Grappenhall.
At 07:57 two fire crews from Lymm and Warrington were called to reports of a road traffic collision of Cliff Lane.
Emergency services were called to an incident where one car had left the road and collided with a telegraph pole and a building.
Firefighters extricated one casualty from the vehicle and left them in the care of paramedics.
Police officers closed the road in both directions and fire crews cordoned off the area whilst waiting for a structural engineer to come and assess the building.
