SIX people were rescued from a lift at Warrington’s town centre Marks and Spencer store – the second time in four days that a lift had failed at the store.
Fire crews were called to the Sankey Street store yesterday, shortly after 1.30pm to released the trapped shoppers.
No-one was hurt.
There was a similar incident in the same store on Saturday, February 11.
