FOUR Warrington libraries are making changes to their opening hours to suit customers’ needs.
The small but positive changes are based on feedback received from library service users.
None of the libraries are reducing their opening hours and the changes will take effect from March 5.
Details of any changes are as follows. All other opening days and times remain the same.
Burtonwood Library: Wednesday: 2-5pm; Friday: closed.
Culcheth Library: Wednesday: 2-5pm.
Penketh Library: Monday: 9.30am-1pm and 2-7pm.
Woolston Library: Wednesday: 12.30-7pm; Friday: 12.30-4pm.
Cllr Kate Hannon, the borough council’s executive member for leisure, community and culture, said: “Our library services are constantly under review to make sure we are meeting users’ needs and we can continue to offer the best services we can.”
