A WARRINGTON florist has been named as a regional finalist in the keenly contested Wedding Industry Awards.

Woolston-based La Beau Fleurs and sister company Weddings by La Beau Fleurs is now aiming for an outright win in the North West – and may be even nationally
Owner and principal floral stylist Rachel Peers said: “Thanks to all our wonderful wedding couples who have voted for us over the last few months. This is such an achievement and hasn’t come easily. This is 10 years of hard graft in a relentless industry, creating hundreds of weddings and ensuring that each and every one of my couples get the very best experience possible.
“Each of our wedding clients who voted took the time to answer a series of questions about every aspect of their experience and this makes the achievement even more meaningful.
“The first step on the road to national glory will be a triumph at the regional awards event in November. Here, the companies that have received the best feedback from their wedding clients and have caught the eye of the expert judging panel will be crowned regional winner before progressing to the national finals in January 2025.

Damian Bailey, founder of the Wedding Industry Awards said: “Since 2011 The Wedding Industry Awards has been dedicated to recognising and rewarding excellence in the wedding industry and this year’s regional finalists are clearly at the top of their game.

“Our awards are unique as they are voted by recent wedding couples and it’s not the total number of votes that companies receive that leads to success. Instead, we focus on the quality of the feedback they get from eligible couples, amongst other things. Larger companies and talented individuals compete on a level playing field and the best wedding suppliers always rise to the top.”
Rachel said: “It’s been a great year for Weddings by La Beau Fleurs and on the November 12 I’ll attend an awards night with industry creatives from across the North West and I cannot wait to celebrate with them. If I win or lose the regional final, I still feel like a winner and am proud of how my business has grown from little me in my shoe box of a studio at home 10 years ago!”
