VIDEO: Warrington-Worldwide re-launches the #LoveWarrington show featuring the changing face of Warrington town centre over 25 years.
Gary Pemberton from Belvoir Sales & Lettings and Warrington-Worldwide founder Gary Skentelbery have teamed up again to take a look at the changing face of Warrington town centre since the launch of Warrington-Worldwide in 1999.
They take a look at the private investment in the Cultural Quarter and The Hive shopping arcade development in the old Co-op building and the Warrington Borough Council investment in Time Square.
The jewell in the crown is most certainly the Treasury Building, formerly Warrington Technical School and former Warrington Borough Council Treasury and now a bustling venue for high-quality bars and restaurants along with office spaces.
Located next door to the town’s historic Parr Hall, The Treasury certainly provides the ideal setting for a great night out, with the Kuckoo Rock ‘n’ Roll Cocktail Bar making an exciting addition in recent times.

All this has been achieved thanks to private investment with more still to come.

Meanwhile, across town, Time Square, including the new look Warrington Market and multi-screen cinema and popular Botanist Restaurant has also helped breathe new life into what had been an ailing town centre.

But we wouldn’t expect a positive comment from someone who constantly bemoans the town and wishes to be in Chester – yet still resides here 🙄
I can’t afford to move back to Chester .
I have no ties to Chester as my parents have both died.
However I do read Chester publications and articles on Facebook about Chester.
Chester is far better than Warrington more things to see and enjoy.
In fact I have lots of warringtonian friends who agree with me that Warrington is the pits and has nothing to offer it’s residents
