Traffic signal upgrades close roads

TWO Warrington roads will be subject to closures from Monday (January 9) to allow traffic signal upgrades to take place.
Thelwall New Road, Grappenhall, from its junction with Knutsford Road to its junction with Knutsford Old Road and Greenbank Road, from its junction with Knutsford Road to its junction with Greenbank Gardens, are expected to be closed for five weeks.
However, it is expected the closures will only be in operation between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm.
Signs will be placed at the site and alternative routes will be as follows:
Thelwall New Road – via Bradshaw Lane, Knutsford Road and vice versa; Greenbank Road – via Hunts Lane, Knutsford Road and vice versa
