POLICE have launched an appeal to trace a wanted Runcorn man with links to Warrington, who has failed to appear at court.
Stephen Story aged 53, is described as white, around 6 foot tall, of medium build, and has short brown hair.
He is known to have links to Runcorn, Warrington, and Liverpool.
