ONE casualty was taken to hospital and treated for smoke inhalation following a kitchen fire in Warrington earlier today, Friday.
At 13:01 crews from Warrington and Penketh were called to reports of a fire at a property on Cobden Street, Warrington.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire in a kitchen. The cause is believed to have been accidental.
One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation by fire crews and taken to hospital by paramedics.
