RESIDENTS escaped unharmed when fire broke out in a block of flats in Arpley Street, Warrington, in the early hours of today.
Fire crews from Warrington fire station arrived at the scene to find all the occupants outside and the fire, in a kitchen, was already out.
They used a high pressure fan to clear smoke from the building and checked the property to ensure the fire was extinguished.
There were no reports of casualties
