Firefighters called to microwave fire

FIREFIGHTERS were called out following reports of a fire caused by a microwave at a residential property in Grappenhall, Warrington.

at 17:32 yesterday, Thursday, one crew from Lymm was called out to a property on Chester Road.

A fire had occurred in a microwave, which was out on the arrival of the firefighters but crews were needed to help remove smoke from the property.
