WARRINGTON-based marketing agency No Brainer has been shortlisted for four top industry awards this summer.

The search-driven content agency is hoping for a hat trick of wins at the Digital PR Awards next month, where its team is up for Campaign of the Year – Technology; Best Use of Creativity; and Best Use of Content in a Digital PR Campaign, all for its ‘raising the roof on trades careers’ campaign with Checkatrade.
Meanwhile, No Brainer will also be hoping for a successful night at this year’s UK Content Awards, where it’s up for Property and Construction Content Campaign of the Year for its work with client Places for People, the UK’s leading social enterprise.
Both awards ceremonies will take place in London in next month.
Lee Cullen, co-founder of No Brainer, said: “We’re achieving some amazing results for our clients, and there’s been so many to shout about over the past year. Being shortlisted for these national awards is testament to the determination of our team and the fantastic partnerships we have with our clients to allow us to deliver genuinely creative and impactful campaigns.
“The UK Digital PR and UK Content awards are two of the most sought-after our industry has to offer, so it’s a great source of pride to see our efforts being recognised nationally. We’re hopeful our efforts will be rewarded with a trophy or two.”

The UK Digital PR Awards celebrate industry trailblazers excelling in the specialism, which helps increase brands’ awareness and visibility using online channels.
The nomination for No Brainer follows its work with national tradesperson directory Checkatrade to ‘raise the roof on trades careers’ – for which it launched three programmes aimed at engaging schools, employers and young people about the possibility of trades careers. Results included more than 200 pieces of PR coverage, a huge boost in Google search metrics, and thousands of podcast downloads.
The shortlisting for the UK Content Awards, which celebrate excellence in content marketing, followed No Brainer’s work with client Places for People. Working alongside the Impact team at the UK’s leading social enterprise, the team delivered incredible organic growth for its Shared Ownership campaign.
No Brainer supports a range of companies across various sectors from attractions and eCommerce and legal to charities, with brands including MBNA, Taking Care and AO.com.
The shortlisting comes after a busy 18 months for the Warrington agency – which has secured ‘Great Place to Work’ and B-Corp status within the last 12 months.
