Police hunt for Warrington man who may be in Thailand after conviction for conspiracy to supply cocaine

POLICE are on the hunt for a Warrington man who may have travelled abroad to Thailand after being convicted in his absence of conspiracy to supply cocaine.

Luke Lawrence Atkin, 36, from Warrington, previously of York, is wanted for failing to appear at court.

Atkin was charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and failed to appear at Bradford Crown Court for trial. He was found guilty in his absence on 24 May 2024.

The court has now issued a warrant for his arrest.

Police in North Yorkshire are appealing to anyone who has seen Atkin or knows where he is now to contact them.
It is believed that he has travelled abroad and may be in Thailand.

Officers are urging anyone who has any information about his whereabouts to contact them on 101 and pass information for incident number 12240074511.
