SANTA arrived in style, complete with reindeer and a sleigh, at Warrington Market.
Families and children flocked to see him open his Christmas grotto and magical winter wonderland.
The Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of Warrington Cllr Steve Wright and Julie Wright performed the official opening, together with Warrington Disability Partnership’s (WDP) founder and chairman Dave Thompson.
Youngsters were entertained by Ian ‘Zippy’ Lees, WDP mascot Ollie and his friend the Elf, before visiting Santa and receiving presents.
The grotto is open up to Christmas and entrance fee is £3 which includes a present from Santa.
A Christmas gift stall, raffle and tombola are also running at the market to raise funds for WDP.
