MORE than 30 years after launching accountancy practice Hunter Healey in Culcheth, senior partner Nigel Healey is to retire.

He will be staying on in a consultancy basis – in between his travel plans, DIY projects and fine dining – but will be leaving the firm in the safe hands of his business partner at Hunter Healey Alicia Flint and her husband Paul.

Nigel created the practice more than 30 years go. Nine years ago he set up in partnership with Alicia and they have worked together ever since.
Three years ago, Paul Flint, a chartered certified accountant, joined the firm after almost 35 years of gaining vast experience and knowledge in the accountancy industry.
Alicia said: “Nigel’s expertise and guidance have been instrumental in the growth and development of the firm.
“We – the whole team at Hunter Healey – would like to extend our deep appreciation to Nigel for laying the strong foundations to allow us to continue to build on.
“We look forward to embarking on the next chapter.”
