WARRINGTON business centre St James Court has been acquired by a new owner and is set to be improved.
The 80,000 square foot office and serviced centre has been bought by property development and investment company Langtree and will be renamed St James Business Centre.
It is home to more than 30 businesses, ranging from smaller enterprises to larger, listed PLCs.
Langtree operates a number of business centres across the country and as with the others, St James will be marketed on competitive flexible terms that will make it attractive to commercial tenants.
John Downes, managing director of Langtree, said: “We are delighted to have acquired St James Court, to add to our extensive national property portfolio.
“This is our second acquisition in Warrington in recent months, having recently acquired Warrington Central Trading Estate, next to the Halliwell Jones stadium.”
