Three fire crews attend smoke-logged property after pan left in oven

THREE fire crews were called out following reports of a house fire in Warrington, caused by a pan being left in an oven.

At 11:09 yesterday, Saturday, fire crews from Warrington, Birchwood and Penketh were called to reports of a house fire on Ford Street, Warrington.

On arrival, they found that the smoke had been caused by a pan left in the oven. A fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
