Voting starts for sport awards

VOTING has started for this year’s Cheshire and Warrington Sports Partnership Awards.
The public will decide the winners of three of the nine categories in an online vote. All the nominees have already won their category in their local authority area and are now competing at the next level for the Cheshire and Warrington wide title.
Categories open to the public vote are Young Volunteer of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and the Special Recognition award which goes to an individual, team or organisation that has made an outstanding contribution to sport and whose dedication and commitment has made an impact on the community.
Winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony on November 16. Members of the public can visit the Partnership’s website where they can read about the nominees’ admirable achievements before voting:

Cheshire and Warrington Sports Partnership consists of more than 500 organisations that work in partnership across the county to increase participation in sport and physical activity and create a lasting sporting legacy.
