Fire crew called out to telephone box blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a blaze in a telephone box in Warrington town centre on Friday evening.

At 20:24 one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a fire in a telephone box on Sankey Street.

Firefighters used a water backpack to put out a fire in a phone box, which involved a quantity of bedding which was on fire.
